Cuts By Carella Return Policy

At Cuts By Carella, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain items, such as personal care items and customized products, are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at jeff@cutsbycarella.com.au or call us at 0456 954 168 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the Return Authorization Number. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a 7 days of approval, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Consumer Rights:

  • This return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For more information about your rights as a consumer, please visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) website.
