Before technical work begins, your stylist will assess your hair, your goal, and the service you have booked.

We consider your hair’s current condition, colour history, density, texture, maintenance needs, lifestyle, and desired result.

If your hair needs a different service, a staged plan, or a more controlled approach, we will explain that clearly before proceeding.

2. The Right Service Pathway

Not every hair goal belongs in the service first selected.

Your stylist will confirm whether your hair needs a cut, colour service, foil service, treatment pathway, smoothing service, maintenance appointment, or staged plan.

The goal is to match the appointment to what your hair actually needs, so the service is clear, realistic, and properly scoped.

3. Hair Integrity Comes First

We do not push hair beyond what it can reasonably support.

Where your hair needs a slower or more careful pathway, we will say so.

The priority is a result that is wearable, polished, and appropriate for your hair — not a rushed result that compromises condition.

6. Proper Finish

The finish is part of how the result is completed and assessed.

Your stylist will finish the service appropriately so the colour, shape, tone, texture, or treatment result can be reviewed clearly before you leave.

Where future maintenance is needed, we will guide your next booking timing.

7. Review Support

If something about your result does not feel right, contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

We will review your concern, assess the result, and arrange the appropriate adjustment where it falls within the scope of the original service.

You may return to the same stylist or request another stylist if that helps you feel more comfortable.

This commitment applies to services that change the shape, tone, colour, or structure of your hair.

Styling-only services, such as blow waves, naturally soften, move, or fall over time — especially in Cairns humidity — so they are not covered in the same way.
