Wonderful staff !! It’s refreshing to find this high standard in Cairns. I am an ex hairdresser and I can honestly say that this is by far the best salon in Cairns.
I tried many salons but would get very poor service and bad haircuts.
Frank is a professional and listens to what you want! It is wonderful to finally have found the perfect place for my hair!! I highly recommend !!!

The best salon experience ever! I had a hair cut done by Francesco and I loved it, was beyond my expectations. My hair turned out fabulous! I’m so happy I chose the right salon with the 2 amazing people.
Frank & Jeff were very hospitable with their welcome drinks and coffee & I enjoyed our lovely hilarious chat together.

I just had a haircut and highlights with Francesco at Cuts By Carella, and I am feeling glamorous! After my first haircut with him, my hair grew so quickly and healthier.
From the moment you step into the salon and are greeted by Francesco and Jeff, you know you are in for an amazing experience. Francesco will now be my hairdresser for life!
Even if I ever move out of Cairns, I will travel back just to get my hair done by him. Cuts By Carella is a gem I found, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a personalised experience in a welcoming environment. ❤️

I was a walk in and the lovely guys gave me a beautiful warm welcome, was offered a champagne, which was unexpected.
I am a full time carer and in desperate need of some hair love. Had not had a cut for about nine months.
I had a wonderful chat and was made to feel so welcome, buy the time my cut was done, I didn’t want to leave because I had just made some beautiful new friends.
Down to earth, lovely guys and no judgement in this salon. Highly recommend. One of my best ever salon experiences.
