Card Processing Surcharges Have Ceased at Cuts By Carella

From 1 October 2026, Cuts By Carella no longer adds a separate charge when you choose to pay by card.

This reflects changes to Australia’s card-payment rules and means your appointment value is not increased because of the card you use.

We will absorb card-processing costs within our operating model. We will not pass them on to clients as an additional payment fee.

Your booking value continues to reflect the service selected, your team member, appointment time and any applicable booking offer. The confirmed value is shown in Fresha before you complete your booking.
